Identify the times in the recent past and more distant past when you have received revelation.
Memorizing scriptures can aid us in receiving revelation. As things come up that bring those scriptures to our mind it can instigate revelation.
We may be getting revelation more often than we realize. Often it comes as thoughts to our mind.
