Where is our focus?
1 Nephi 15:27
27 And I said unto them that the water which my father saw was filthiness; and so much was his mind swallowed up in other things that he beheld not the filthiness of the water.

“When the focus of our lives is on God’s plan of salvation, which President Thomas S. Matthew 14 - Peter focused on the savior, then he focused on the winds and waves. He walked on water when he was focused on Christ.

5 But behold, I have obtained a land of promise, in the which things I do rejoice; yea, and I know that the Lord will deliver my sons out of the hands of Laban, and bring them down again unto us in the wilderness.

We qualify for a witness of what the prophet has said by creating a trusting relationship with the prophet and also with the Spirit.

If a man or woman is not ready to keep the five covenants, then are not ready to receive their endowment.
Think about how you would teach your children what the 5 covenants in the endowment mean.
The garments of the holy priesthood represent Christ and the way his Atonement can cover our nakedness or guilt.
